TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of andbery.com and everything we sell through it.
The site and its products are operated by ANDBERY LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under partnership number OC440476, with its registered office at Palliser House, Second Floor, Palliser Road, London W14 9EB, United Kingdom. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "Andbery" mean ANDBERY LLP.
Please read them before buying.
1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
2. What We Sell
Everything here is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription, no trial, and nothing renews automatically.
- Modern Cinematography — a pre-recorded online course, $249 USD. Permanent access to every lesson and guidebook included at the time of purchase.
- TeelReel LUT Pack — a downloadable set of LUTs, PowerGrades and accompanying files, $69 USD.
- Mentorship — five one-to-one sessions of roughly 90 minutes each, $1,500 USD. Details in Section 5.
- Free guides — published from time to time at no cost, in exchange for your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Course access is delivered automatically to your account on our platform right after payment. Downloadable files are available immediately. We may add or retire products, but anything you have already bought stays yours on the terms you bought it under.
3. Payment
All prices are in US dollars and are charged once, at the moment of purchase. Where local sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund, provided you have viewed no more than 20% of the material. We can see how much has been watched on your account.
Write to [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After 15 days, or once you have gone past 20% of the material, the purchase is final. These are digital products — once the files are downloaded, we can't take them back.
5. Mentorship
Mentorship is five one-to-one sessions of roughly 90 minutes, held over video call at times we agree together. The programme is built around your own work: assignments between sessions, a review of what you shot, and a final project you complete under my supervision.
Payment is due in full before the first session. If you change your mind before the first session takes place, you get a full refund. Once the first session has happened, the fee is non-refundable, because the time has been reserved and the work has started.
Sessions must be used within six months of purchase. Either of us can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as used.
6. If You Already Bought Something
If you bought Modern Cinematography, the TeelReel LUT pack, or a guidebook as a one-off purchase at any point, nothing here takes that away. You keep permanent access to what you paid for, exactly as promised when you bought it.
If you hold a Real Cinematography annual membership, it stands for the full year you paid for, with everything that was included when you joined. Memberships are no longer sold and yours will not renew automatically. When the year ends, the course material you had access to at the time stays available to you; the community and the monthly reviews do not continue.

7. What You Can Do With the Materials
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course content for your own learning, permanently.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, or publicly display the content, redistribute downloaded files, share your login, or use the materials to teach a class or group without written permission.
The LUTs, PowerGrades, and practice footage are different: use them freely in your own commercial and personal work. You just can't resell them, repackage them, or distribute them as your own product.
8. Intellectual Property
Everything we provide — videos, guidebooks, LUTs, PowerGrades, graphics, text, logos, and names — belongs to ANDBERY LLP. Unauthorised use, copying, or redistribution can end your access without refund and may lead to legal action.
9. What We Don't Promise
We don't guarantee any particular outcome — no specific skill level, job, client, or income. What you get out of this depends on your own work and circumstances. Everything is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
We aim to keep everything running continuously but can't guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits or business opportunities, data loss, or claims arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before that claim arose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover us against any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
12. Ending Access
We may suspend or end your access if we believe you've breached these Terms or engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity — in particular, sharing paid materials outside your own account. Where we end access for a breach, no refund is given.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
Nothing here removes a consumer right you hold in your own country that can't be waived by agreement.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change affects price, billing, or your rights, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the new version. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
